Product price and purchase type

Our products are physical devices priced at US$89.00 each, in United States dollars. This is a one-time product purchase, not a membership or subscription. There are no recurring membership charges. DHL shipping is US$5.00 for a one-device order. For a one-device order, product plus shipping is US$94.00 before applicable taxes and import duties. Customers pay applicable import duties; any tax collected by the store will be identified before payment.

Liability and mandatory rights

We are responsible for obligations and remedies that apply to us under law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, personal injury or a failure to meet mandatory consumer guarantees. A delivery delay or carrier issue does not automatically remove our responsibility to resolve an order problem.
