PayPal checkout

Payment is handled through our PayPal shopping cart. PayPal displays the shared item name "Toys". Your selected product style is not sent automatically from this page. Before paying, contact support@dblucky.com to confirm your selected style, quantity, delivery destination and total. Review the items, shipping, taxes and payable total in PayPal before authorising payment; they must match the arrangements confirmed with support.

Use the payment options actually displayed by PayPal for your transaction. We do not promise that a particular card or payment option will be available.

Currency and delivery total

Product prices are displayed in USD. AUD pricing is not available. Check the selected product page for its unit price.

The published US$5.00 DHL shipping charge applies to a one-device order. For more than one device, contact support@dblucky.com before payment to confirm the shipping charge and total. Do not assume that increasing the PayPal cart quantity keeps shipping at US$5.00.

DHL delivery is from Zhuhai, Guangdong, China. Orders are dispatched within 3 calendar days after payment. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 7 business days to the United States or Australia. Customers are responsible for applicable import duties. Any tax collected by the store must be identified before payment. The published product price is not a final delivered total, and no AUD exchange rate is offered. See shipping and delivery.

Payment security

Enter payment information only in PayPal's payment service. Do not email card information or account passwords. Our support email is for product, order and delivery enquiries; it is not a payment destination.

Refunds and consumer rights

See our returns and refunds policy for eligibility, requests and approval steps. Store policies do not remove applicable statutory rights or payment-provider dispute procedures.

Approved refunds are initiated within 48 hours of approval. We will notify you when the refund is submitted. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider, card issuer or bank and may be longer.
