Adults only and accurate product information
Lucky Lover products and this website are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not market to minors. Orders are offered only where selling and delivering the product is lawful.
Product images and descriptions identify the product and its features. No medical treatment benefit, safety certification, waterproof rating or guaranteed result is claimed without confirmed supporting information.
United States
Applicable federal and state consumer laws may provide rights regarding accurate descriptions, product problems and fulfillment. Our store policies do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. For a future order that cannot ship on time, we will explain the delay and cancellation or refund options required by law.

Australia
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, consumer guarantees apply in addition to our store policies. A major failure can give a consumer a choice of refund or replacement; other failures can require an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time. The 30-day store policy and hygiene restrictions do not exclude those protections.
A product need not remain unopened or in its original packaging to claim a statutory remedy. Proof of purchase may be requested. We will consider reasonable evidence when an unboxing video is unavailable.
